Help! My husband wants to "try something new" and take the family to KBF. I've never been to this park and only have a week to prepare. (We were considering adding in Knotts Scary Farm, but it looks to be targeted at ages 13+, and our son is nearly 9.) Anticipated weather and park occupancy appear to be in our favor! What are your tips, tricks, and must have eats?

The must have eats is the chicken dinner at the restaurant. It is the reason that this park exists. Ghost Rider is a really good wooden coaster, try if you like coasters.

I agree with Wingman..... Mrs. Knotts Chicken Dinner Restaurant is the BEST!

And, of course, the jam! I loved KBF as a kid, have great memories of that place

You can actually enjoy the fried chicken and not even enter the park as the restaraunt is outside the park! My family and I enjoyed the dinner very much!
