Ok, I know it is a long way off, but I could use any good tips. My daughter has requested a trip to WDW for high school graduation (2021), we are a family of 6 on a tight budget, I will need time to save. I am thinking of going pre graduation, late February 2021 to hopefully beat the heat and summer crowds. Thinking 7 days in the parks with a travel day on each end. What is the best time of year to go? Best hotel for a large family? Best money saving tips?
Late February is a good time of year. Parks aren't too crowded. WDW offers some value hotels that are affordable and very much Disney. The longer your stay, the less expensive each day gets. Dining plans can also save money. Check with MPT. They can give you some suggestions and tips for getting ready and finding the best deals when it's time to book.

Does anyone know how far in advance a trip can be booked?
