If you are having issues with the DIO app, such as logging in to your original account on a new device, I recommend you send a message to DIO Admin using the “About & Feedback” button on the DIO app. DIO Admin should be able answer your questions. They might also be able to merge your original DIO account to your new device. If your issue is about a new device, it would be most helpful to send that feedback from your new device. Explain your issue as clearly as possible. Be sure to include your screen name and the email address you used for your original DIO account.
already did this plus posted 2 posts and nobody has responded so obviously u guys dont really care so oh well
