When to Visit

Special Considerations
Guests must be able to leave their wheel chairs and climb into the rockets.
The Astro Orbiter is the central focus at the entrance of Tomorrowland
This ride is basically the same as Dumbo in Fantasyland, but sports a futuristic look similar to the Orbitron in Disneyland Paris, with large gold and silver colored orbs that rotate above the rockets themselves. Once in motion this attraction provides a very impressive look. In fact the effect created is more impressive than the ride itself. The Astro Orbiter queue lines guests up behind unique control booths. Guests enjoy a 90-second ride, spinning around above the crystal-like rock out cropings of this alien terrain.

Great ride for young kids. My 2 year old loved it! It was also nice that I could ride with my 5 month old son, while my wife rode with my daughter. Not for thrill seekers though.

It's great for kids like my daughter got to ride with me and she had a great time pulling the lever up but it was going down so we pulled it down and we got a great view and was very windy but loved it. My son got to ride all by himself and he was so excited and was very happy he actually got to ride an attraction by himself because hes only 6 years old.. But my family loved the attraction
